SkinDetekt is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice. Our ingredient information and analysis are for educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified dermatologist or allergist for diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions. Individual reactions to cosmetic ingredients vary significantly.

3. Service Description

SkinDetekt provides tools to track cosmetic products, log skin reactions, and analyze potential correlations between ingredients and reactions. Our analysis is statistical in nature and should not be considered a definitive diagnosis.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information. You may delete your account at any time.

5. Subscriptions

Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Refunds follow Apple's refund policy. You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on SkinDetekt is our intellectual property. Ingredient data is compiled from publicly available sources and scientific literature.

7. Limitation of Liability

SkinDetekt is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any health decisions made based on our analysis. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse effects from using products analyzed through our tools.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
