How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app. All your data will be permanently removed.
How does the correlation analysis work?
We statistically analyze the overlap between products you used and when reactions occurred to identify ingredient patterns unique to you.
Is the ingredient checker accurate?
Our database covers 500+ ingredients with data from EU regulations and dermatology research. However, we are not a substitute for medical advice.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to cancel anytime.
How do I report incorrect ingredient data?
Email us at support@skindetekt.com with the ingredient name and correction. We appreciate community contributions!
